Date: April 2019
Location: Wokingham, Berkshire (somewhere in the bluebells)
Katie and her family booked a shoot with me last year so it was so nice to see them again for another family shoot – this time in some bluebells. Shooting in bluebells can be quite challenging as you don’t want to step on the little things so we were always looking for places to shoot that would keep the flowers happy. We started with some individual shots of Katie’s eldest who was awesome in front of the camera. We then introduced their youngest who again had no problems showing her best smile for me. Katie wanted a mixture of natural shots of the girls and some of the family looking at the camera. After an hour of photographing in a few locations in the woods we had plenty of images so decided it was time to give anyone a rest before heading back home.
Katie wants me to capture the kids every year which is amazing as they will always have images to look back on in years to come. Just wait until they are 18! (kidding!)
Here’s some of my favourites from the shoot.
