I met Jack and Hannah for their pre-wedding shoot at Tweseldown Race course in Fleet, Hampshire. I had suggested this location as it was close to where they live but also having spent time with them before hand it turns out Hannah owns a horse and use to spend many hours riding at Tweseldown.
Wedding photojournalism is about telling a story through images so I thought by the racecourse amongst the stables would be the ideal setting. At the beginning they were both nervous but by the end and after showing them a couple of photos at the back of the camera they were far more confident which is always my aim as a wedding photographer!
We spent about an hour taking shots in different locations before heading up to the famous Tweseldown tower for a couple of sunset shots. All of us at some stage had stories of snow days sleighing down the hill!
Their wedding day will be held at Northbrook Park in Farnham and I’m so looking forward to photographing them this Friday!
