Below are a selection of questions we are often asked when couples book us for weddings. No question is a silly question and if it isn’t listed here please get in contact.
Your pre-wedding consultation can take place at your wedding location, or somewhere local where you will meet with me to run through details and finalise the timings for your day. I’ll take my camera so we can capture a few images of you both. After this meeting you will receive a few images for you to keep. We will usually meet 2-4 weeks before your wedding day.
All you need to do is fill in the wedding booking form and sign my terms and conditions supplied at our first meeting along with a non-refundable retainer of £250. Once received, I’ll send out a letter of confirmation to you.
I’m glad you asked! These are facebook, twitter and Instagram friendly duplicates of your high-resolution files that are purely used for sharing on social media platforms. These have my branding in the bottom corner (your high-resolution files are branded free) which also helps prevents other people crediting their name on my images so please tag me when sharing!
No way! In fact what better way to get my creative juices flowing than seeing a venue for the first time. I’m great at what I do, and very passionate about your images so you have to trust me, it’s my job to work under all location and lighting conditions to give you the very best images.
I’m a Canon girl using L series professional lenses. In other words – the best equipment money can buy.
I cover all of the UK and even worldwide. Should you want me to capture your wedding but you are marrying abroad this is not a problem. Please contact me to discuss your day and we can work out travel expenses together.
This is a must for any professional photographer. My insurance covers my equipment, public liability and professional indemnity. Sometimes wedding venues ask to see my public liability insurance so I can send this to them when requested.
Of course! For an additional £150 you will have 2 photographers there to capture your first dance and for some time afterwards. We might even join in afterwards!
This depends on the length of time I’m with you, but we never stop shooting throughout your day. Typically, you will receive between 400-800 images. Quality not quantity is really important to me and I’ll hand retouch all your images in my artistic style in a mixture of colour and black and white.
Hell yes! All my packages include a set of high-resolution images (jpegs) for you to keep and share with friends and families should you wish. You also have (as part of signing my terms and conditions) a personal license so you can print your images (for non-commercial use only please!)
Yes definitely! All your images are colour corrected so all you should need to do is crop them. I do offer a print ready service should you choose this. My images are calibrated to my lab’s printer therefore I can guarantee the highest quality prints.
Definitely and these are super cute! They are mini versions of your main album and only need to be ordered when I press the ‘order’ button on your main album. Pricing available on request.
